Lake Orion Fit Body Boot Camp

Fit Body bootcamp is an amazing place to workout! I love that the coaches are so attentive to make sure you are doing each station right. It's such a positive environment and you feel so good after each workout. The best part is the workouts are only 30 minutes a day!

I love starting my day at fit body! I needed a push to get moving again post-baby and this was the perfect fit. The workout is fast and can be tailored to any fitness level, already seeing results and feeling stronger!

I joined Lake Orion Fit Body about a year ago, when I was struggling with health issues and feeling hopeless. The coaches are absolutely amazing and through their guidance, knowledge, and encouragement, I’ve been able to lose weight while increasing my muscle so that I am healthier (and happier!) than I have been in a long time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place, and every day I am thankful that I took the leap and gave Lake Orion Fit Body a try.

Great gym! Great coaches who really care! I actually look forward to going to the gym everyday now! After more than a year they continue to challenge me and support my goals

I absolutely love this place and the amazing coaches that are there to cheer us on! It offers a very supportive environment, challenging workouts, guidance from the coaches, and a great schedule. I look forward to my daily 30 minute workouts. It has turned me into a morning person! ♥️
